What you can and can't do

You can use BarReps for personal bar exam preparation. You can't:

Our content

All questions, flashcards, outlines, explanations, and other study materials on BarReps are original works owned by BarReps LLC. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for study. It doesn't transfer any ownership or rights to the content itself.

No guarantees on exam results

BarReps is a study tool. We believe our methods are effective, but we can't guarantee you'll pass the bar exam. Your results depend on how you study, how much time you put in, and many other factors outside our control. We don't make promises about outcomes.

Limitation of liability

BarReps is provided "as is." We do our best to keep everything accurate and running smoothly, but we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: errors in content, service downtime, data loss, or exam results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.
